Use this form to request a user account on the Northwest Viking Band Website. User accounts are only granted to people affiliated with the band program (e.g. students, parents, alumni, etc.) A user account will allow you to login to the site granting you access to pages not available to the general public.
The information in the following form will be sent to the NWVB website team who will create your account provided you are affiliated with the band program. Account requests are generally filled within 3 business days. You will receive an email with your account information when it has been created.
