Pot Luck Dinner

Task	Description
Each family should bring TWO dishes to share and ONE 2-liter bottle of soda. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow band families and enjoy great food. Bring food beginning at 5:30 p.m. Serving line opens at 6:00 p.m. Volunteers Needed: If you can help out with any of these tasks just check the box(es) and submit the form on-line. Your information will go directly to our banquet coordinator.
Bring Cooler full of ice (4)	For the drink table.
Set Up(4)	Move tables around the cafeteria to for serving.
Food Placement (2)	Be available 30 minutes prior to set up to help with placement of the food on the banquet tables.
Serve Drinks (4)	Serve Drinks at the Drink Table.
Clean Up (6+)	General clean up following the band's performance, sweep floors, wipe tables, toss trash.
