This is an OPTIONAL trip for any 2022 Marching Viking Band member.

Most morning and afternoons are FREE in the city.  Students will choose their own groups to ‘see the sights’.  Each student group will create their own itinerary of where they would like to visit.  Parents attending the trip will serve as the chaperone of a student group and travel with them while in the city.

April 11– 15, 2023 ( during Spring Break – no school missed )

Cost is $667 - EXCLUDING TRANSPORTATION - per student paid over SIX monthly payments
(see payment schedule below) and includes the following:

4 nights hotel accommodations – students sleep four to a room

4 breakfast buffet meals

9/11 Museum and Tour

3 Broadway Shows

3 Group Dinners before each show

Holiday Tour Bus Transportation – est. $284.00 / per person

Payment Dates

ALL students attending the trip must register for both transportation AND 
hotel accommodations provided by NWBB

Adults attending the trip and registered for any aspect of the trip through the band will be enlisted as chaperones during the trip.

$144 for Quad Occupancy and Transportation October 7th - 1st Payment

$144 for Quad Occupancy and Transportation November 11th – 1st Payment
