Winter Guards

Winter Guard is an ensemble of young men and women who compete in the local Carolina Winter Ensemble Circuit (CWEA) as well as the Winter Guard International (WGI) circuit.
 
This group is audition based and typically there are at least three competitive ensembles : Cadet Middle School Guard, JV Guard and Varsity Guard .
​
 These ensembles perform at three or four CWEA competitions.  Varsity competes  two WGI Regionals and World Championships in Dayton Ohio.  
 
The Varsity team has placed in WGI Finals at the Raleigh, Richmond, Knoxville,  Atlanta an Mid-Atlantic Power Regionals, plus being a National Semi-Finalist in Class A in 2010, 2015, 2018 & 2019.
