Kaitlyn Elliott is a dedicated music educator and bassoonist from Greensboro, NC. A graduate of  Appalachian State University, she earned a Bachelor of Music in Instrumental Music Education. Kaitlyn has experience in various marching band roles, including front ensemble, alto saxophone, and drum major. She began her professional journey as a music teacher at Carter High School in Winston-Salem, where she had the wonderful opportunity to work with exceptional children. Currently, Kaitlyn serves as the proud band director of Northwest Guilford Middle School. Kaitlyn is eager to inspire and share her lifelong love for music with the Northwest Guilford Viking Bands. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality moments with family and friends, exercising, and embarking on new adventures.
