
Natalie Gillin
Color Guard Tech
Natalie Gillin is a Self-Contained Special Education Teacher originally from Concord, North Carolina, where she was named her school’s Beginning Teacher of the Year for the 2022-2023 school year. As a performer, she has been performing since 2013 as a member of the Harris Road Winterguard, a member and section leader with the Cox Mill High School “Spirit of Cox Mill” and Cox Mill Winterguard. Additionally, Natalie was a featured performer for Gentoo Independent from 2016-2018, the Western Carolina University “Pride of the Mountains” Marching Band in 2018 and 2019, and the Pride of the Mountains Winterguard in 2019.
An active educator and sought-after choreographer in the marching arts since 2022, she most recently served as the Director of Color Guard at Jay M. Robinson High School. In this capacity, she lead both the fall and winter programs, highlighted by the Winterguard’s Class 3A Championship in 2023, as well as multiple 1st Place in Class and Overall Guard caption awards in competitive performances. Natalie is excited to be joining the Northwest Guilford Marching Vikings and the Winterguard families this season!
