To Foster the Growth of Empathy and Self-Belief through the Creation of Living Art

Matt Harris is a graphic designer and proud alumnus of both Northwest Guilford High School (Trumpet/Mellophone, Class of 2016) and Western Carolina University (Trumpet, Class of 2021).

 

He is passionately involved in a diverse range of activities throughout the marching arts, including performing with Assembly Line Senior Winter Guard (Knightdale, NC) and working as a professional designer and historian.

 

He is an award-winning winter guard soundtrack designer, having created soundtracks for numerous award-winning winter guard programs across both the United States & Canada (including WGI World Championships Finalists & Semi-Finalists, WGI Regional Finalists & Medalists, and local winter guard circuit medalists)! 

 

As a marching arts historian and archivist, he serves as the Assistant Acquisitions Manager for the Marching Pageantry Arts Museum (the world’s largest collection of marching arts artifacts)! 

 

Being an alumus of Northwest Guilford HS, he is extremely proud to be a staff member for the Viking Band!
